Description:
This course satisfies State of Washington and EPA training requirements for workers at asbestos abatement projects. This course focuses on all aspects involved with abatement operations including asbestos health hazards, regulations, worker protection issues, site safety, and state of the art work practices. Hands-on exercises include use of respirators, removal and repair of sprayed-on asbestos, glove-bag removal, construction of containments, decontamination, and proper entry and exit procedures.
